1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Lina (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lina provides digital tools for tracking GLP-1/GIP medication routines, side effects, and lifestyle habits.
Lina does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be 18 years or older to use Lina.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are billed through third-party processors such as Stripe.
Prices are displayed in USD or GBP and may include applicable taxes.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You can cancel anytime via your account settings or by contacting hello@findlina.com.

Pre-launch or founding-member payments are fully refundable until Lina’s public launch.

5. Refund Policy

To request a refund, email hello@findlina.com within 14 days of payment.
Refunds are processed at our discretion, typically granted for duplicate or accidental charges.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access

• Upload malicious or illegal content

• Track another person’s data without consent

• Copy, reverse engineer, or resell any part of Lina

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and content belong to Lina, Inc.
You may not copy or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees that Lina will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any medical purpose.
Lina is not a medical device.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lina, Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if your account remains inactive for more than 12 months.
You may delete your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware or through binding arbitration if mutually agreed.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Lina, Inc.
