Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Download Lina from the App Store and follow the onboarding steps. Sign up with your email to get started.

Is Lina free to use?

Yes — you can download and use Lina for free.


Tracking & Features

How does meal photo analysis work?

Take a photo of your meal and Lina’s AI will estimate protein, carbs, fats, and calories. These are guidance estimates for tracking only.
Can I edit my logged meals?

Yes. You can edit or delete any meal from your journal.
How are my protein and water goals set?

Your goals are personalised based on your weight and activity level, following general wellness guidelines for people using GLP-1 medications.


Medication Tracking
Does Lina prescribe or recommend medication?

No. Lina doesn’t prescribe, recommend, or adjust medication. It simply helps you log doses of medication already prescribed by your healthcare provider.
Can I change my medication schedule?

Yes — update your medication type or timing anytime in your Profile settings.


Privacy & Data
Is my health data secure?

Yes. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your information.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data.

Technical Issues


The app is crashing or not loading

Try the following:

  1. Close and reopen Lina

  2. Check your internet connection

  3. Update to the latest version

  4. Restart your device
    If it keeps happening, email support@findlina.com with a short description of the issue.
    My meal photos aren’t being analysed

Make sure you’re online — AI analysis needs an internet connection. Good lighting also helps. If the issue continues, get in touch.
